Gregory Putzel, PhD is a Senior Bioinformatics Programmer in the group of Dr. Alejandro Pironti at NYU Langone’s Microbial Computational Genomics Core Lab. He collaborates in microbial research projects with other scientists at the NYU School of Medicine and develops bioinformatics software pipelines for analyzing microbial genomes along with their phenotypes and metadata.
