Rotation Student

Fola Olusanya is a PhD candidate in the Microbiology program at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She is currently completing her third rotation in the Pironti lab. During her first rotation, Fola generated cytotoxicity data for Staphylococcus aureus isolates from patients in the NYU Langone hospital system. In this rotation, Fola will be analyzing the genomes of these isolates and exploring genotype-phenotype associations.
